Hailing from the Rosaceae family, the raspberry in this drink lends a tart, refreshing bite to the sweet orange juice and coffee. All ingredients are shaken vigorously and served in the tallest coupe you have.

INGREDIENTS
SUMMER ROSACEAE
1.5oz fresh orange juice
3/4oz raspberry syrup
3 dashes cardamom bitters
2oz freshly pulled espresso
Alternative: 2oz of instant espresso, prepared according to packaging
Freeze dried raspberry dust for garnish
BUILD
To make this drink without an espresso machine, I suggest using Medaglia D’oro Instant Espresso.
In a shaker, add the orange juice, raspberry syrup, bitters, and espresso. Dry shake for 30-40 seconds or use a hand frother to emulsify until frothy. Add ice and shake once more to fully chill and dilute the drink.
Double strain into a coup and top with crushed freeze-dried raspberry powder.
