Mocktail
This is the type of drink that I could drink every single day. It's textured, balanced, and tastes way more complex than it actually is.

What You'll Need

Cocktail shaker
Hawthorne strainer
Milk frother
- Cocktail skewer

1.5oz cold brew concentrate
1oz blackberry or marionberry puree
1oz pineapple juice
½oz lemon juice
½oz vanilla syrup
Pinch of salt
Loose blackberries for garnish

Add the cold brew, berry puree, pineapple juice, lemon juice, vanilla syrup, and salt to a cocktail shaker.
Dry shake for 30-45 seconds or use a milk frother to aerate the mixture until it has increased in volume by one third. The liquid should be frothy
Add ice to the shaker and shake until the tins are frosted, about 10-15 seconds.
Strain the drink into a coupe glass. Garnish with speared blackberries on a cocktail skewer.
