The Espresso Mule

It's a rare treat to find a cocktail where you can sub the spirit for espresso without much tinkering. To quote Sokka from ATLA, "It's the quenchiest!"

INGREDIENTS

6oz ginger beer

3/4oz lime juice

Double espresso

Two sprigs of mint

Shaved lime zest and lime wedges for garnish (optional)

BUILD

Fill your cup with ice. Add ginger beer, lime juice, and espresso. Give your mint a whack to express the oils before piling it into your drink. Add additional lime garnishes if you'd like and lightly stir with a straw before enjoying.

This drink is really just tossing all your ingredients together and it takes next to no time at all. Sip and enjoy this one during the summer heat!
