It’s a rare treat to find a cocktail where you can sub the spirit for espresso without too much tinkering but this is one of them. To quote Sokka from ATLA, “It’s the quenchiest!”
What You'll Need
Equipment
- Copper mug
- Drinking straw
6oz ginger beer
- 3/4oz lime juice
- 2oz freshly pulled espresso
- Fresh mint sprig for garnish
- Shaved lime zest and wedge for garnish
Build
- Fill a copper mug with ice.
- Add the ginger beer, lime juice, and espresso.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint, lime zest, and wedge.
- Use a straw to stir the ingredients before sipping.
