This drink is deceptively simple for how tasty it is. One of the lowest effort, highest reward drinks I’ve ever made.
What You'll Need
Equipment
- Kitchen torch
- Espresso machine
Salted Maple Latte With Smoked Rosemary
- 3/4oz dark maple syrup
- 2oz freshly pulled espresso
- 6oz milk of choice
- Heavy pinch of kosher salt
- Fresh rosemary sprig for garnish
Build
- Add the maple syrup, espresso, and salt to a cup.
- Stir to combine and dissolve the salt.
- Add the milk and stir again.
- Add ice.
- Use a kitchen torch to flame the rosemary sprig until it smokes.
- Place the smoking rosemary upright in the drink before serving.
