To share my truth, I’m a char-my-marshmallow-into-oblivion kind of person but I won’t begrudge you if you prefer it low and slow.

What You'll Need
- Mixing bowl or pitcher
- Fine sieve
- Storage container
- Espresso machine
- Small plate
- Milk steaming pitcher
- Cocktail skewer
- Kitchen torch
- 50g graham cracker milk
- 16oz milk of choice (I prefer oat or whole)
- 3/4oz chocolate sauce
- 2oz freshly pulled espresso
- 6oz graham cracker milk
- 1 large marshmallow for garnish
- Graham cracker crumbs for rim
- Chocolate sauce for rim
Build
- In a bowl or pitcher, combine the graham crackers and your milk of choice. Cover and let the mixture rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Use a fine sieve to strain out the graham cracker solids.
- Store the finished milk in the fridge for up to five days.
- Add a small amount of chocolate sauce and finely crumbled graham crackers to a plate.
- Press the rim of the glass into the chocolate and then the graham crackers.
- Add the chocolate sauce and espresso to the finished cup. Stir to combine.
- Steam and pour the graham cracker milk into the espresso mixture.
- Spear the marshmallow on a cocktail skewer and toast it using a kitchen torch.
- Place the skewer on the edge of the cup before serving.
