Slightly sweet and delightfully squishy, this Coffee dessert is only three ingredients.

What You'll Need

    • Small saucepan
    • Heat-resistant spatula or mixing spoon
    • 1-inch ice cube molds or a 9”x9” glass tray

    • 500g cold brew coffee
    • 40g sugar
    • 3.5g agar agar
    • Whipped cream (optional)

    Build

    1. In a small saucepan on medium heat, combine the cold brew, sugar, and agar agar.
    2. Gently stir the mixture continuously until the sugar melts.
    3. Allow the liquid to reach a simmer for 2 minutes before removing from heat.
    4. Let the liquid cool for 10 minutes before transferring into 1-inch ice cube molds or a 9x9 glass tray.
    5. Place in the fridge to fully cool and set, at least 2 hours.
    6. Remove from the molds or cut into bite sized pieces before serving.
    7. A note: This jelly is best with a dollop of lightly sweet whipped cream.
