Slightly sweet and delightfully squishy, this Coffee dessert is only three ingredients.

What You'll Need

- Small saucepan
- Heat-resistant spatula or mixing spoon
- 1-inch ice cube molds or a 9”x9” glass tray

- 500g cold brew coffee
- 40g sugar
- 3.5g agar agar
- Whipped cream (optional)
Build
- In a small saucepan on medium heat, combine the cold brew, sugar, and agar agar.
- Gently stir the mixture continuously until the sugar melts.
- Allow the liquid to reach a simmer for 2 minutes before removing from heat.
- Let the liquid cool for 10 minutes before transferring into 1-inch ice cube molds or a 9x9 glass tray.
- Place in the fridge to fully cool and set, at least 2 hours.
- Remove from the molds or cut into bite sized pieces before serving.
- A note: This jelly is best with a dollop of lightly sweet whipped cream.
