The cafe miel is a simple drink, but a delicious one. I’ve never had one that didn’t taste exactly like Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal. If you like sweet lattes, add this one to your arsenal.
Cafe Miel

What You'll Need

    • Espresso machine
    • Milk steaming pitcher

    • 1/2oz honey
    • 1/2oz vanilla syrup
    • 2oz freshly pulled espresso
    • 8oz milk of choice
    • Heavy pinch of ground cinnamon

    Build

    1. Add both the syrups and espresso to a cup and stir to combine.
    2. Sprinkle an even layer of cinnamon over the surface of the espresso.
    3. Steam and pour the milk into the espresso, using circular motions to “mix” the cinnamon into the whole drink.
    4. Garnish with a final line of cinnamon over the surface of the drink.
