The cafe miel is a simple drink, but a delicious one. I’ve never had one that didn’t taste exactly like Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal. If you like sweet lattes, add this one to your arsenal.
What You'll Need
Equipment
- Espresso machine
- Milk steaming pitcher
Cafe Miel
- 1/2oz honey
- 1/2oz vanilla syrup
- 2oz freshly pulled espresso
- 8oz milk of choice
- Heavy pinch of ground cinnamon
Build
- Add both the syrups and espresso to a cup and stir to combine.
- Sprinkle an even layer of cinnamon over the surface of the espresso.
- Steam and pour the milk into the espresso, using circular motions to “mix” the cinnamon into the whole drink.
- Garnish with a final line of cinnamon over the surface of the drink.
